Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when refunds are and aren't available. Because our products are instant-access digital goods, please read it before you buy.

The nature of the product

Every Notion Blueprints Template is a digital product delivered immediately. The moment your payment succeeds you receive a link that lets you view and duplicate the full Template into your own Notion workspace. Once that link has been opened or the Template duplicated, the product has effectively been delivered in full and cannot be returned.

When you can get a refund

We will issue a full refund if:

• you were charged more than once for the same Template, or charged in error;
• the download link does not work and we are unable to provide a working one; or
• the Template is materially not as described on its product page and we cannot resolve the issue.

To request a refund on any of these grounds, email support@notionblueprints.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within one business day.

When a refund isn't available

Because Templates are delivered instantly, we generally cannot offer refunds in these cases:

• you changed your mind after accessing or duplicating the Template;
• you bought the wrong Template by mistake but have already opened the access link;
• you don't have a Notion account, or your Notion plan doesn't suit your needs (our templates work on Notion's free plan);
• you expected features that are not shown or described on the product page.

We show every screen of each Template on its product page so you can see exactly what you're buying before you pay.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where the law gives you a right to a refund for digital content, that right applies regardless of the above. Note that by purchasing and accessing a Template immediately, you may be agreeing to begin delivery right away and to waive any statutory cooling-off period for digital content, where that is permitted.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider it can take a few business days for the funds to appear.
