These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Notion Blueprints website and the digital products sold on it ("Templates"). By browsing the site or buying a Template, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What we sell

Notion Blueprints sells fixed-price digital products: pre-built Notion templates delivered as a duplicable link. Each Template is described and shown on its product page. We sell ready-made products only — we do not provide custom build work, consulting, or ongoing services.

2. Your purchase and licence

When you buy a Template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes. You may duplicate the Template into your own Notion workspace and edit your copy freely.

You may not:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Template or its download link;
• publish the Template as your own product, free or paid; or
• use the Template to create a competing template for distribution.

3. Delivery and access

Templates are delivered digitally and immediately. After a successful purchase you receive an on-screen link and a confirmation email containing the access link. Because access is granted instantly, please read the Refund Policy before you buy.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown on each product page and are charged as a one-time payment in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed. Taxes may be added where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

Notion Blueprints and its licensors own all rights in the Templates, the site, and its content, except for the licence expressly granted to you in Section 2. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc.; Notion Blueprints is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Notion Labs, Inc.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

7. Disclaimers

The Templates and site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that a Template will meet your specific requirements or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Notion Blueprints will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a Template or the site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Template in question.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
